The Filefax network infrastructure explained
The Filefax network infrastructure is hosted on Docklands, London. This location was chosen as the preferred choice as it satisfied “security and due diligence” criteria on behalf of our clients.
Therefore our system is specifically designed so that in each step of the email process it is separated into tasks. This ensures that for each of the ‘tasks’ we have a constantly available and on demand number of servers that are used to undertake the volumes being processed.
This way we always ensure that if a server experiences downtime we have an instant back-up server in place to continue ongoing service delivery without service disruption. All systems are strategically linked to a 24/7 monitoring system, so that we are immediately aware of any technical issues or downtime.
