The ever-changing price of fuel boosts Filefax…

A UK Fuels company that provides petrol and diesel to Service Stations within the North West of the UK was every Monday and Thursday sending their new price lists via fax machine. This was fast becoming more and more time consuming as fuel prices were changing and their staff members had to stand beside their fax machines sending the 1 page price list. In fact, I am told that eventually staff even voted on whose turn it was to send the price lists.

This prompted their IT lead to search the Internet as they had heard about an email fax solution used by a new employee who sold them the story of email fax. In fact, the email fax solution they were looking for was not Filefax but another provider.
