All technical support and development is handled within the UK and within NO other geographical region. Thus ensuring customer feedback is received in a proper and timely fashion and then forwarded on to the relevant departments for investigation and handling.

In the event of an outage and unexpected service downtime with our Internet fax service that you experience out of normal office hours please call: 0208 123 9575 and we will investigate your technical issue further. During normal office hours please send an email to: support@filefax.co.uk.

Please provide us with your Username and Password and a brief desription of the issue you are experiencing. For example, what service is experiencing a problem? eg: Inbound fax or Outbound fax. Also do you receive an error message? If so please send us the error message you received.
